Introduction

This Payment & Refund Policy sets out the payment methods accepted at Relax Therapy Medical Center, the terms for refunds, and how they are processed. This policy applies to all services, packages and offers provided by the Center.

Accepted Payment Methods

Cash in UAE Dirham at all of our branches.
Bank cards: Visa and Mastercard (in person or through our website).
Apple Pay and Google Pay for online payments.
Direct bank transfers to the Center's bank account.

We only accept payments in UAE Dirham. Any payment made in another currency is converted at the exchange rate applied by our financial institutions and may incur conversion fees.

Pricing and Currency

All prices displayed on the website or at the branches include VAT in accordance with applicable regulations. The Center reserves the right to adjust prices at any time, while the price displayed at the time of booking remains valid for previously confirmed bookings.

Invoices and Receipts

We issue a receipt or documented invoice for every payment or refund. Please keep the original receipt to facilitate any future refund request.

Prepayment for Packages and Offers

Some packages and offers require full payment or a security deposit in advance to confirm the booking. These terms are clearly stated at the time of purchase, and refunds are subject to this policy unless otherwise specified in the offer itself.

Refund Terms

Cancellation at least 24 hours before the session: full refund of the paid amount without deductions.
Cancellation less than 24 hours in advance: a cancellation fee is deducted and the remaining balance, if any, is refunded.
Failure to attend without notice: no refund of the paid amount is due.
Prepaid bookings cancelled by the Center for any reason: full refund or rescheduling as you prefer.

How to Request a Refund

To submit a refund request, contact us by phone, email, or at the branch, quoting your booking number or receipt and the original payment method. Requests are processed after eligibility is verified in accordance with this policy.

Refund Processing Time

Due amounts are returned using the original payment method within a maximum of 7 business days from the confirmation of the refund. International bank transfers may take additional time depending on the banks involved.

Special Packages and Offers

The refund terms for non-refundable packages, promotional offers and gift certificates are stated at the time of purchase and are not subject to the general refund policy. Gift certificates and credit balances cannot be exchanged for cash.
